The charming neighborhood offered good surprises at every corner, and the responsive staff made our stay seamless. Although the keypad entry felt odd at first, it quickly became a convenient part of the experience.

Tastefully decorated & modern room with shower. Tea/coffee making equipment, a sitting area, and iron and ironing board - very useful.

The hotel was in an excellent location, in the heart of the old town. Besides, it was next to the historic centre, all attractions, many restaurants and bars and the funicular up to Fourviere.

The absence of a reception made check-in chaotic!!! Arriving with luggage to a maze of codes was like a hassle instead of a welcome. Communication regarding amenities was lacking, leading to unnecessary frustration!!!

Loved my 2 nights stay. The superior queen suite was separate with amazing beds. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, for example, a minor basilica was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The location was fabulous, right near markets and historical sites. The shower was divine after a long day exploring. Comfortable bed and soft pillows made for a lovely night's rest.

No front desk support was frustrating, and the hallway felt cramped.

The spacious Junior Suite was comfortable, but we encountered several issues. The communication regarding check-in was unclear, causing confusion and delays with our luggage. The key code for the door failed after the first use, and we faced challenges with the air conditioning, which left the apartment humid during rain. It's a mixed experience with room quality balanced by communication challenges.

We loved the location, just a short walk to the Museum of Fine Arts and surrounded by charming eateries. The room was spacious for our large family and the kids enjoyed the quirky decorations throughout the hotel. It was perfect for family adventures!
